Our Technical Center offers not only demonstrations of our machines but also the opportunity to perform test cuts (test processing). We also offer loaner machines to peripheral equipment manufacturers, allowing them to verify the performance of their peripheral equipment when actually installed. Please feel free to contact us.

Horizontal Machining Center N500

Versatile horizontal machining center HN80E-FC

This latest facing center features a turning slide mechanism (U-axis) and a machining feed spindle (W-axis), enabling continuous and automatic operation of a wide range of machining processes, including facing, grooving, and drilling.

The combination of a thick base with a wide guide surface and a flared monster column provides exceptional rigidity, making it ideal for facing centers.

High-rigidity 5-axis horizontal machining center HN63E-5X

This 5-axis horizontal machining center features a high-rigidity trunnion table, enabling high-precision simultaneous 5-axis machining. Its rigid machine structure makes it suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials.

With its indexable 5-axis machining capability, this machine can process workpieces that would normally require multiple machines, all on a single unit. It's a machine that dramatically improves our customers' productivity.

Test cut

It is possible to check the feasibility and accuracy of processing before implementation.

You can verify in advance whether machining is possible using actual workpieces. Accuracy and cycle time can also be checked. We also offer suggestions for optimal machine specifications and technical advice for machining problems.
