Achieving "Permanent Spatial Accuracy," "High-Precision Machining," and "High Productivity"
To address challenges such as labor shortages and a decline in skilled workers, we support on-site operations with the latest software.
By sharing and visualizing production data, we support the creation of an efficient and stable production system.
Solutions
e-na
e-na is a non-contact workpiece visual inspection system that uses a camera and a laser projector.
Characteristics
- The workpiece is photographed before processing, and image analysis is performed to create 3D data.
- It can detect casting defects and installation errors.
- Because measurements are taken without contact, there is no risk of damaging the measuring instrument due to operational errors, and the work can be completed in a short amount of time.
Monitor Ace
tool management
You can pre-set tool lifespans. Tools that have reached the end of their lifespan can be easily checked at a glance from the management screen, making tool management a breeze.
- Tool life monitoring
- Replacement of spare tools when the tool reaches the end of its lifespan.
- Spare tool correction value conversion
Monitor Ace V
Enter tool data for each pot in the ATC (you can register as many tools as are stored in the ATC).
Tool information can be viewed by selecting the tool from the page containing the information you want to see.
Monitor Ace V2
Set any tool number and register data for each tool number (up to 998 entries can be registered).
Tool information can be found on each tool's page.
Operation 0 display
Clearly displays operating records, alarm logs, and other information. Visualizing machine operating status helps improve productivity.
- Operating record
- Abnormal performance
- Tool information Abnormality/Warning
- Operational performance management that helps visualize machine operation
- Alarm history at a glance
Processing monitoring
If the load on the spindle or feed axis exceeds the standard value during machining, the machine can be stopped or the machine control can be activated to continue machining.
- Maximum load monitoring for each tool
- Simplified Adaptive Control
- Feed axis load monitoring
- FN Adaptive Control
*Feed axis load monitoring and FN response control are optional features for Monitor Ace V. (Standard features in Monitor Ace V2)
Automatic renewal function
If a machining monitoring error occurs and the machine stops, the system can clear the error state and automatically resume machining the next workpiece.
- Spare tool replacement
- Palette Skip

Major software
"IOT Remote Monitoring Function KEEP-EYE" enables standalone devices to be IoT compatible.
"IOT Remote Monitoring Function KEEP-EYE" is monitoring and management software that enables standalone machines to be IoT-enabled. Leveraging the management know-how cultivated with FMS, it allows for centralized management of everything from understanding operating status to managing tools, programs, and maintenance information through an easy-to-use interface.
Spec.
| Number of machining centers supported | 20 spaces |
|---|---|
| PC for data collection and display | 1 spaces |
| Dedicated PC for data display | Up to 5 devices can be displayed. |
Machine operating status management function
The operating status of the machine is displayed on the right side using circle icons. The left side is a calendar display where you can check the deadlines for maintenance information.
Tool management function
It is possible to register tool information and write and read tool information to and from the machining center. The tool mounting and removal scheduling function allows you to create a list of interchangeable tools according to the machining schedule, enabling you to mount and remove tools according to the machining process.
As an optional feature, it is also possible to transfer tool information from the presetter to the software.

Program management function
You can create machining programs, upload them to the machining center, and download them from the machining center.
Regular maintenance function
It is possible to read and write scheduled maintenance information for machining centers, and to create maintenance items on KEEP-EYE. Once maintenance items are created, they will be displayed on the machine operation status calendar.
Operating rate management function
The machine's operating status is recorded and displayed in a bar graph.
Recording and management function for operational performance
This displays a list of operating time and cutting time from the start to the completion of the machining process.
Axial load confirmation function
The system reads tool and load information during cutting and displays it in a graph.
