Disassembly and cleaning

- Disassembly of the spindle and feed axis unit
- Removal of dirt and metal shavings from covers and sliding parts.
- Cleaning of oil passages and pipes
- Cleaning of wear particles and rust
Sliding surface re-polishing

- Polishing of sliding surfaces (bed, saddle, table)
- Checking the amount of wear and correcting the flatness accuracy.
- Adjustment of right angles and parallelism
- Jib adjustment
Turkite replacement and adjustment

- Delamination of the old turcite
- New turkite is attached
- Thickness adjustment and scraping (grinding) process
- Adjustment of sliding resistance and operating accuracy
Replacement of defective parts
