Education and training system

We have an education and training system in place that allows you to grow step by step, from before joining the company to after being assigned to a department.

From job offer to before assignment

Education for prospective employees

We provide training for prospective employees from the time they receive their job offer until they start working.

Pre-employment study sessions, conducted at a frequency that does not interfere with academic studies (once every 1-2 months), utilize designated materials to acquire fundamental knowledge and manners expected of a working professional. In addition, company status reports with photos allow you to understand the company's situation even before joining.

New Employee Group Training

For approximately five business days starting from the first day of employment, we will conduct group training for both new employees and young mid-career hires.

In addition to lectures on the work content and products of each department, the program also includes practical experience to help students understand the work and programs aimed at building relationships with their peers.

On-the-job training (approximately 3 months after the completion of group training)

Following the completion of group training, on-the-job training will be conducted for approximately three months.

The program focuses on on-the-job training at the factory, allowing trainees to experience work in all departments and acquire a broad understanding of job duties and product knowledge. It also aims to foster networking across all departments.

After assignment

OJT

After being assigned to a department, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) where you will learn the job by working alongside senior employees.

We gradually expand the scope of responsibility according to the level of learning progress, and we have created an environment where employees can ask questions and get clarification on the spot as needed.

Attendance at external seminars and various skills training courses

You can attend external seminars necessary for your work, as well as skills training courses for essential qualifications such as rigging and crane operation. All of these are covered by the company, and you will acquire the skills necessary for your assigned duties sequentially after joining the company.

English conversation and Chinese language classes are held every week.

We offer English and Chinese conversation classes every week. Anyone who wishes to take a class can do so, regardless of whether they have overseas business trips or not. For English conversation, you can choose between beginner and intermediate classes.

Practical training for various certification exams

In the production department, employees are encouraged to take various certification exams, such as skills certifications and production master certifications, and they conduct practical training for these exams alongside their regular work.

Target management system

Every six months, you will have a meeting with your supervisor to set personal goals, review challenges and action plans for achieving those goals, and evaluate your progress. Based on the meeting results, you will set your next goals.

Days off and leave

Full weekly two-day system

We have a complete two-day weekend system with Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays as the basic holidays, resulting in 122 days of annual leave (as of 2025). There are 1-2 Saturday workdays per year, only during weeks with national holidays.

Additionally, the company has set aside three days of annual paid leave that all employees are required to take at the same time.

Accumulated annual leave system

This system allows you to accumulate annual paid leave that would otherwise expire due to the statute of limitations, and use it for five or more days of leave, such as for long-term illness or injury.

Long vacation

This system allows employees to secure extended vacations, such as a 9-day summer vacation in 2025 and a 10-day year-end/New Year's holiday in 2023-24.

Other holidays

In addition to annual paid leave that can be taken in half-day or one-hour increments, we offer a variety of leave systems, including bereavement leave (for marriage, childbirth, and mourning), relocation leave, infertility treatment leave, and jury duty leave.

Support for daily life

Comprehensive social insurance coverage is provided.

This system provides coverage for a wide range of life risks, including illness, injury, old age, and employment, by enrolling in various social insurance programs based on the law.

Company-rented housing system

When employees are transferred or assigned to work away from their families, the company will rent housing for them and cover 7% of the rent. The company will also cover the security deposit, key money, and fees.

Designated clothing assistance and safety shoes provided

Work uniforms are provided free of charge upon joining the company, and thereafter, 9% of the cost of purchasing them is covered by the company. Safety shoes are also provided free of charge by the company.

Childcare and nursing care support

Maternity leave, childcare leave, and family care leave systems

This is a leave system that allows employees to dedicate themselves to childbirth, childcare, and family care. Since fiscal year 2020, the rate of men taking childcare leave has remained at 100%.

Childcare and eldercare reduced working hours system

This system allows employees to work reduced hours to balance childcare or elder care with their work. (As of 2025, two people are using this system.)

Nursing leave (paid)

This is paid leave that can be taken up to 5 days per year per child (7 days per year for two or more children). It can be used until the child graduates from elementary school, and 13 employees, both male and female, are currently using it.

Caregiving leave (paid)

This is a paid leave system that allows employees to take up to 5 days per year per family member (7 days per year for two or more family members) when they need to care for a family member. (Currently, 9 employees, both male and female, are using this service.)

Various allowances

Overtime allowance

This is compensation for overtime work, calculated in conjunction with working hours. Any hours worked beyond the scheduled working hours will be paid as overtime pay in accordance with the law.

Commuting allowance

This allowance is provided if the distance from your home to your workplace is 2km or more. If you use public transportation, the company will fully cover the cost of your commuter pass.

Sales position allowance

This allowance is provided to take into account the workload unique to sales positions, such as going out, traveling, and dealing with customers as part of sales activities.

Service Engineer Allowance

This allowance is provided to compensate for the unique workload associated with service engineer duties, such as visiting customer factories, performing machine maintenance, and handling on-site support.

Dependent allowance / Child allowance

This allowance is provided to employees with dependents to help alleviate their household living expenses. The amount varies depending on the number of dependents.

Relocation allowance

This allowance is provided to alleviate the burden of changes in housing and living environment due to job transfers. It supports the costs associated with relocation and moving.

driver allowance

This allowance is paid to cover the costs incurred when driving a company vehicle outside of regular working hours. It is designed to compensate for travel expenses incurred outside of work-related hours.

Full reimbursement of external seminar fees.

The company fully covers the costs of external seminars necessary for work. Employees can also attend seminars of their choice, provided they are related to their work and approved by their supervisor.

Cafeteria/Shop

Our head office and factory have employee cafeterias and shops that can be used on a daily basis.

Other systems

Re-employment system

This system allows employees to continue working after retirement age, provided they wish to and the company agrees.

Condolence money

This is a system of condolence payments provided in the event of joyous or sorrowful occasions related to the individual or their family, such as marriage, childbirth, or death.

Employee savings plan and retirement allowance mutual aid

We have introduced a savings plan that allows for planned savings through deductions from your salary, and a mutual aid system for accumulating retirement funds.

Overseas business trip preparation allowance

We provide a relocation allowance for your first overseas business trip. The company will also cover the costs of obtaining and renewing your passport.

Regular health checkups and comprehensive medical examinations

The company covers the cost of an annual health checkup, and also covers the cost of some cancer screenings. For employees aged 40, 50, and 60, the company covers the cost of a comprehensive medical checkup.
