Ultra Low Speed Injection Control --- For thick-wall molding

Purpose of development

In order to enhance ability of thick-wall molding, a new servo system was developed by improving  control of slow injection speed and long-time hold pressure.

 

Advantage

1. Enhanced capability to respond to speed reference.

2. Precise speed control.

vertical axis: actual injection speed, horizontal axis: injection speed command

Injection speed control is precise even at slower speed than 1mm/s.
