We are pleased to announce that our "NSM Series" screw rotor processing machine, equipped with an image analysis system and compatible with cast blanks, has received the 68th Top 10 New Products Award (Grand Prize) from Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun in 2025.
The NSM Series is a dedicated machine designed for high-precision milling of the screw shape of screw rotors, which are the heart of screw compressors.
Conventionally, the blade-matching process for screw rotors was a manual operation performed visually, taking approximately 5 minutes even for skilled operators. By equipping the NSM Series with our 3D image analysis system "e-na," we have dramatically reduced the blade-matching time to about 0.5 minutes.
This significant contribution to improving productivity and reducing operator burden was highly evaluated, leading to this prestigious award.
Our company will continue to hone its technical capabilities and promote the development of products and technologies that contribute to our customers' productivity improvement.
