Single-pass machining of a 200mm thick workpiece.
With a maximum spindle torque of 553 N·m, it's possible to process 200 mm in one go using a φ250 mm cutter.
Interactive automatic programming function is included as standard.
The cutting data is entered in advance, and then the automatic cutting process begins.
It can be easily processed by anyone, regardless of the operator's skill level.
Various options to reduce the workload on workers
Chamfering function
The tedious deburring process can also be left to the machine.
Equipped with a material measurement device (work sensor).
Because the material thickness is measured automatically, there is no need to input the material thickness during processing.
This feature is also effective in preventing collisions.
Work air float
By releasing air from the top surface of the magnetic chuck to levitate the workpiece, it becomes easier to attach and detach the workpiece.
