A robust bass and a monster column
The base boasts one of the thickest thicknesses in the industry, offering exceptional stability, vibration absorption, and damping.
The Z-axis guide surface, with its widened guide surface spacing, is equipped with a robust monster column. Combined with Niigata's traditional square slide column traverse type machine structure, it possesses rigidity that can easily withstand heavy cutting.

The corner slide guide section is subjected to high-frequency induction hardening and then polished to achieve an extremely high surface roughness.
The slide side is finished with meticulous scraping by skilled craftsmen in Niigata. The craftsmanship passed down through more than 100 years of history produces an exceptional straightness and perpendicularity that cannot be achieved by machine processing.

High rigidity spindle
The standard-equipped high-rigidity spindle boasts a maximum motor output of 30 kW and a maximum spindle torque of 1948 N・m, making it the most powerful spindle in its class.
Furthermore, a high-speed spindle (OP) employing a direct-drive spindle motor can also be installed. Spindle diameter φ100 with a spindle rotation speed of 15000 min⁻¹.-1The high-speed spindle offers excellent starting and stopping characteristics, contributing to reduced machining time.
