V-slide structure
The HN800-V is the first machining center to adopt the V-slide system, achieving high rigidity and permanent spatial accuracy.
The V-slide shape and the weight of the unit provide a gap-free constraint on the sliding parts, suppressing attitude errors such as yawing. This ensures consistently excellent positioning accuracy throughout the entire machining area within the stroke of each axis.

The combination of Niigata's traditionally hardened slide guide surface and scraped slide surface provides excellent stability, vibration absorption, damping, and a long service life.

Despite being a sliding guide machine, it achieves a high-speed rapid traverse of 50 m/min. Combined with excellent machine rigidity and powerful spindle capabilities, it delivers high productivity.
