Multi-function facing center
Equipped with both a sliding faceplate for turning (U-axis) and a feeding axis for machining (W-axis), it can continuously and automatically perform a wide range of machining operations such as facing, grooving, taper, boring, milling, and drilling.
By consolidating processes that previously required multiple machines into a single machine, setup time is significantly reduced and machining accuracy is improved. This multi-tasking machine dramatically increases our customers' productivity.

The spindle offers excellent accessibility to the workpiece, making it easy to machine even small workpieces.
Small diameter internal turning can be performed with a gooseneck tool.
Twin U spindle (OP)
With its exceptional U-axis stroke, it's possible to machine from large to small diameters with just one type of tool.
Since the U-axis moves to the center, deep hole drilling can be performed using a nearly straight tool while maintaining high rigidity.
