Multifunctional bar center

Equipped with a bar head featuring the largest W-axis spindle diameter in its class at φ130mm and a stroke of 555mm, it powerfully supports boring operations. Furthermore, it comes standard with a spindle core cooling system that significantly suppresses thermal displacement, reducing it to 1/4 of conventional systems. Combined with the synergistic effect of the square slide column traverse type machine structure, it exhibits excellent machining capabilities even when boring difficult-to-machine materials.

The double column and center spindle have a thermally symmetrical structure, and a double guide system is employed for the Y-axis to reduce thermal deformation.

Corner slide × Column traverse structure

Furthermore, its high rigidity and high damping structure, thanks to its angular slide design, provides excellent machining capabilities even when boring operations are performed using a bar head.
