[Exhibition Information] Announcement of participation in JIMTOF2026 (The 33rd Japan International Machine Tool Fair)
Exhibition
Niigata Machine Techno Co., Ltd. will be holding an event at Tokyo Big Sight from Monday, October 26th to Saturday, October 31st, 2026.
We will be exhibiting at "JIMTOF2026 (The 33rd Japan International Machine Tool Fair)".
Introducing the exhibited models
Boring machine "HN80E-BAR" with core cooling function and tool feeding robot.

Equipped with a bar head featuring the largest W-axis diameter in its class at φ130mm and a stroke of 555mm, it powerfully assists in boring operations.
This is the latest model from Niigata Machine Techno Bar Center, a company with a wealth of experience.
This time, the exhibit features a robot that automatically installs line bars inside the aircraft.
With a Z-axis stroke of 1020mm, the robot directly installs a line bar with a tool length of 1100mm, which exceeds that, into the workpiece.
We will now perform a tool change. Normally, a larger machine would be required for a tool of this size, but this system allows for machining with tools exceeding the stroke limit in a space-saving manner. Please take a look at our unique, state-of-the-art system that maximizes space utilization and achieves both automation and labor savings.

The robot places an 1100mm long boring tool from the tool stand into the workpiece. Then the pallet rotates, the spindle grips the tool, and machining begins.

High-productivity horizontal machining center "N700"

The "N Series" is a global model offering high precision, short delivery times, and excellent cost performance.
Our original "BOX in BOX®" structure, which maintains high precision over a long period, has been supported by our customers for many years.
To allow you to see its true essence, we have intentionally removed the cover for this display.
Please come and see the mechanical structure, which you don't normally get to see, with your own eyes.
BOX in BOX® structure

The moving parts have been made one-third the weight of conventional models, minimizing inertial forces. By stopping precisely at the target position after high-speed movement, it achieves overwhelmingly high-precision machining. At the same time, the load on the guides is distributed and reduced, making it an ideal structure for extended lifespan and long-term maintenance of accuracy.

A wide-span design is employed, maximizing the distance between the upper and lower guides. By positioning the base-side guide in the direction of gravity, the machining load is received vertically. This ensures stable cutting even in the upper part of the column, where rigidity is most of a concern.
