Information Security Basic Policy

Niigata Machine Techno Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to protecting the information assets it handles from threats such as leakage, theft, loss, destruction, unauthorized intrusion, failure, and disaster, and to earning the trust of its customers and society. To this end, the Company is working to improve information security throughout the company based on the following policy.

1. Development of internal system

We have set up an organization to maintain and improve information security, and establish information security measures as formal internal rules.

2. Employee Efforts

Our company will provide all employees with the necessary information security training to properly handle information assets, and will strive to ensure that our basic policies and various regulations are thoroughly understood and that security awareness is improved.

3.Compliance with legal and contractual requirements

Our company complies with all laws, regulations, and contractual obligations with our customers regarding information security.

4. Responding to Violations and Accidents

In the event of a violation of laws and regulations, breach of contract, or an accident related to information security, we will take appropriate measures and strive to prevent recurrence.
