What is Kurumin?
Kurumin is a system based on the Act on Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation. Companies that implement various initiatives to support employees raising children, achieve the goals set in their plans, and meet certain standards can be certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as "Childcare Support Companies."
Up until now, Niigata Machine Techno has been promoting childcare support with the aim of becoming a "company where everyone can shine." We are pleased to announce that our efforts in supporting childcare have been recognized, and we have been certified as a Kurumin certified company.

About BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
What is a BCP (Business Continuity Plan)?
A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a plan that outlines the preparations that a company should make in advance during normal times, as well as the methods and means for continuing business operations in an emergency, in order to minimize damage to business assets and to ensure business continuity or rapid recovery after a disaster, such as a natural disaster or a major fire.

Activation of BCP
Purpose of BCP formulation
Niigata Machine Techno formulated its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in July 2021. The activation criteria are set for earthquakes of magnitude 6 or higher. In the event of a disaster, a disaster response headquarters will be established with the President and CEO as the head, and efforts will be made daily to quickly ensure the safety of lives, share information on the extent of damage, and carry out post-disaster recovery.

Information security measures
"SECURITY ACTION" is a system in which small and medium-sized enterprises declare their commitment to taking information security measures, and it was established by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA) with the aim of realizing a safe and secure IT society.
Our company conducts its own information security assessment based on the "Guidelines for Information Security Measures for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises," and after understanding our own situation, we declare ourselves a SECURITY ACTION Two-Star company.
We will continue to work on strengthening security to protect our information assets and ensure reliable business operations.
